Shape performance and rewards at Credit Genie using people data, AI-assisted analysis, and practical leadership coaching. This individual contributor role is office-based five days weekly.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People Business Partner advises leaders on critical people decisions. You will develop performance, talent, and reward programs while building agentic AI workflows. The work connects employee experience processes with reliable, measurable ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leaders on performance expectations and management practices
- Design performance reviews, calibration, and promotion processes
- Shape salary, bonus, equity, and recognition programs
- Coach managers through feedback, development, and underperformance




- Own advantages administration and immigration coordination

Requirements:

- Experience owning performance and rewards programs in growing businesses
- Credibility coaching managers through sensitive employee decisions
- Ability to build and operate agentic AI workflows
- Fluency across compensation data, spreadsheets, HR systems, and integrations
- Discretion with sensitive information and cross-functional collaboration
