Advance clinical pharmacy practice at Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert through patient-focused medication care and drug information services. This is a full time regular days position. The Pharm D works in Pharmacy Clinical Outpatient, supporting Outpatient Mental Health and Addictions care within Prince Albert. Reporting to the Manager of Outpatient Pharmacy Practice, the pharmacist ensures medication-related needs are addressed and supports education for pharmacy professionals and learners. The position also advances practice, quality, and regulatory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Provide patient-focused pharmacy services and medication-related care Deliver drug information to prescribers, professionals,



and patients Support education and training for pharmacists and pharmacy learners Lead practice advancement and medication-use improvement projects Serve as a liaison with departments and external groups

Requirements:
