As a Collections Analyst, you will manage high-volume customers and offices while collecting ageing invoices. You will serve as an informal resource for less experienced team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients proactively about overdue receivables
- Coordinate collection plans with assigned customers
- Document key collection call information in the host system
- Research and resolve invoice disputes

Requirements:
- Three or more years of hands-on B2B collections experience
- Fluency in written and oral English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
