The Assistant Manager, SCM Operations oversees daily warehouse and logistics activities within LG’s Supply Chain Management department. This full-time, permanent position manages inventory, process improvement, customer service, and appointment coordination. The role supports integrated strategies that improve throughput, costs, fulfillment, and service levels across supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop warehouse space and logistics route optimization strategies
- Oversee inventory control using WMS and logistics software
- Streamline receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery processes
- Coordinate warehouse, logistics, sales, procurement,



and customer service stakeholders
- Analyze KPIs and prepare regular performance reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
- Seven to ten years of supply chain management experience
- At least three leadership years in warehouse planning and logistics
- ERP, WMS, SAP, Oracle, advanced Excel, and analytics proficiency
- Robust analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
