As a Learning and Development Trainer at TTEC, you will engage recent hires in training environments and deliver programs accurately and on time. You will report to the Learning and Development Manager while supporting associates throughout training goals and performance expectations. The work includes client product training, mentoring, and coaching within established time frames.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate onboarding and client-specific training programs
- Mentor and coach new hires toward training goals
- Deliver high-quality client product training
- Engage learners throughout the training environment
- Support accurate, timely training delivery

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months training and adult learning experience
- Six months call center experience
- Ability to foster collaboration and inclusion
- Ability to support systems knowledge and training resources
