As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will support residents in a regular, full-time position. You will collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and healthcare partners while ensuring care needs are met. The position requires knowledge of long-term care nursing, relevant legislation, and College of Nurses of Ontario standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional nursing care to residents
- Implement AgeCare policies and procedures with Registered Nurses
- Communicate significant resident status changes to physicians
- Direct Personal Support Workers on the care team
- Participate in shift reports with healthcare team members

Requirements:

- Knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing
- Knowledge of applicable healthcare legislation and regulations
