The Corporate Accountant is responsible for managing the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of operating entities within the group. This includes daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items. Review accounting accruals and other financial estimates to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results. Provide managers with detailed financial analyses to enhance their understanding of business performance, trends, and key performance indicators. Prepare sales tax returns, complete required government remittances, and monitor applicable tax instalment payments. Prepare and review cash flow forecasts for assigned properties and monitor variances. Participate in internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and responding to auditors' requests.



Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and the reliability of financial information. Support internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls. Liaise with property-level teams to resolve accounting issues promptly. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. ~ CPA designation (or in progress) preferred. ~3-5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, ideally in hospitality or multi-entity environments. ~ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data lookup functions, and financial analysis). ~ Growing company with opportunities for career development and personal growth In this document, we have made an effort to use neutral language suitable for all individuals, regardless of gender.
