You will schedule services and repairs efficiently, maintain current customer communication, and explain repairs and estimated completion times using technology and software. The position reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule vehicle services and repairs efficiently
- Maintain open, current customer communication
- Explain repairs to varying technical audiences
- Communicate estimated repair completion times
- Complete work orders, invoicing, and internal paperwork

Requirements:

- Service Consultant experience preferred
- Automotive service or sales experience is an asset
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- Solid organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Valid Class 5F driver’s license and transportation
