facilitate necessary service and promote the sale of labour, parts and accessories Ensuring open communication between the service department and the customer. Generate, process, and maintain documents in accordance with Mercedes-Benz Canada and Mercedes-Benz Burlington policies A commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond what people expect You have valuable communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts Available to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)
