Shape HR technology initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst with CGL, using requirements analysis and workflow design in a hybrid mode.
Within Human Resources, you will partner with HR and technology teams on enterprise HR platforms and integrations. You will translate strategy into actionable initiatives while bringing structure to loosely defined problems. The work supports core HR, talent, payroll, and people processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document business and system requirements, processes, risks, and dependencies
- Analyze HR systems and recommend employee experience solutions
- Lead application testing strategies, planning, and estimates
- Translate business needs into HR system design requirements
- Coach team members through shared HR systems knowledge
Requirements:
- Five years supporting enterprise HR platforms and integrations
- Post-secondary degree in a related field
- Business Analyst certification such as CBAP or equivalent
- Experience with UKG, Workday, or Oracle HCM
- Strong workflow, data, integration, and systems analysis experience
