Lead night-shift candy production in Cambridge with hands-on supervision, food safety expertise, and a focus on quality and efficiency targets. The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations and production schedules for cookie manufacturing. This permanent, full time onsite role coordinates labor, materials, and equipment while leading production teams. You will monitor performance, downtime, scrap, yields, documentation, and shift reports while supporting process improvements, product trials, and equipment start-ups.

Requirements:
