Support mental health care as a Registered Practical Nurse with psychiatric assessment and medication administration. Homewood Health seeks a Registered Practical Nurse for its interdisciplinary mental health services. You will provide nursing care, follow patient care plans, and contribute according to CNO standards, RNAO Best Practice Guidelines, program philosophy, and diverse patient populations. Provide nursing care across Homewood Specialized Services units Receive patient assignments and follow corresponding care plans Administer psychiatric and non-psychiatric medications and treatments Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario Valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and PHIPPA Apply your psychiatric nursing, assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills supporting patients through Homewood Health services. #
