As Territory Manager, you will identify business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and understand customer needs through regular visits. You will promote Brandt’s industrial repair and coating capabilities while coordinating quotations, proposals, and operational solutions. The work combines independent territory management with collaboration across engineering, estimating, operations, and other Territory Managers to support sales strategy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships within the territory
- Identify opportunities and support existing account growth
- Promote steel processing, fabrication, machining, repair,

- Prepare quotations and proposals with internal teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Sales, customer service, or industrial experience considered an asset
- Manufacturing, steel processing, fabrication, or industrial services knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
