You will review inquiries, requests for quotation, and purchase orders while coordinating fulfilment. The work includes customer communication, records management, order updates, and initial product guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders for accuracy
- Process sales orders, changes, returns, and confirmations
- Coordinate fulfilment with engineering, purchasing, operations, and sales
- Respond about inventory, shipping schedules, tracking, and order status
- Prepare tailored price quotations and provide product guidance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years in customer service or inside sales
- Solid communication, accuracy, and multitasking skills
- SAP, CRM, or Doxis experience is an asset
- Industrial manufacturing or drive technology knowledge is advantageous
