This new graduate role supports Marketing Accounting activities across Canadian natural gas and natural gas liquids. You will work with transaction data, reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly commodity financial results. The position also involves SAP, reporting, and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support accruals, invoicing, settlements, and accounting entries
- Assist revenue, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
- Compile and validate transaction data from multiple sources
- Prepare commodity financial results and variance analysis
- Respond to audit requests with supporting documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic accounting, journal entry, and reconciliation knowledge
- Interest in energy marketing and Canadian natural gas
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
