Lead hotel restaurant operations in Jasper, Alberta, using guest service and team leadership to support Pursuit’s dining experiences. Coordinate daily service and special events. As Assistant Manager, you will supervise staff, communicate guest feedback, and help manage the hotel restaurant and banquets. You will support recruitment, training, coaching, inventory, billing, food safety, and venue operations. The position requires organized leadership across multiple responsibilities.

Requirements:
