Required Skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture/design practices Experience with Azure services, including: Azure Data Factory Service Bus Azure SQL Logic Apps Azure Key Vault Experience with Copilot Studio Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#.
NET Experience working in iterative and Agile development environments Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Desired Skills Dynamics 365, Power Platform,
