Corporate/Commercial Associate
(4–6 year call) to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will join a cooperative and entrepreneurial legal team that advises a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial matters. The practice includes significant exposure to commercial real estate, property development, lending and finance transactions, corporate reorganizations, and complex commercial agreements.
This role offers a unique balance of mentorship and autonomy. You will work alongside experienced partners on large, sophisticated transactions while also managing your own files and client relationships. As your practice develops,
