Serve customers through prescription workflow and pharmacy administration as a Regulated Pharmacy Technician with Shoppers Drug Mart’s local store model.

This position assists with dispensing prescriptions, pharmacy services, and operations under Pharmacy Standards of Practice. You will manage prescription data, refill requests, documentation, billing, and customer questions while referring clinical matters appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive new and repeat prescription orders under procedures
- Enter prescriptions and process refill requests accurately
- Select medications according to Pharmacy Standards of Practice
- Prepare and submit non-controlled drug orders
- Answer telephone calls and refer appropriately to pharmacists

Requirements:

- Registered with the corresponding provincial licensing college
- Pharmacy Technician College diploma
- Previous pharmacy experience is preferred
- Ability to organize and multitask effectively
- Problem solving skills and solid attention to detail
