Support adults one-to-one as a Community Support Worker with Strive Living Society in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Apply trauma-informed practice and de-escalation techniques. This casual or part-time position supports adults with diverse abilities through Strive’s Supported Independent Living program. You will address complex mental health needs, behavioural challenges, and co-occurring conditions using structured, rehabilitation-focused approaches. Monday-to-Friday scheduling is typical, including an available 18-hour weekly line.

Requirements:
