This technician position provides administrative support to Desjardins components within Investment Products Operations Management. You will research processes, information management, and data processing while serving as a technical expert. The work includes supporting unit activities, initiatives, processes, business solutions, tools, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects and complex operational issues technically
- Conduct specialized technical studies, research, and analysis
- Recommend solutions and action plans as a resource person
- Prepare technical notes for users and teams
- Support current product and tool implementation
Requirements:
- College diploma in a related field
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French
- Advanced English proficiency, level 5
- Availability for scheduled Monday-to-Friday rotations
