Manage parts inventory and regional deliveries as a Shop Inventory Coordinator with Uptime Industrial across Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Kelowna.

Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, this coordinator supports an Alternative Fuel Transportation client across up to 18 sites. The work combines parts receipt, storage, documentation, contractor package assembly, and delivery coordination. Solid organization and detail orientation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accurate parts receipt, storage, and inventory records
- Verify parts condition, specifications, and program versions
- Prepare contractor parts packages for project requirements
- Deliver parts across regional inventory locations




- Complete scheduled critical and full-stock inventory counts

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, or inventory software
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong problem-solving and customer service capabilities
