The Role

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to support the Parts Manager in ensuring the Parts Department operates efficiently and delivers exceptional service to customers, technicians, and vendors.

What You ’ll Do:

- Assist customers with parts inquiries: availability, pricing, and compatibility
- Process and fulfill orders accurately and on time
- Receive, stock, and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to support smooth shop workflow
- Source non-stock parts from approved vendors
- Process returns, warranty claims, and core exchanges
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe parts workspace




- Use dealership systems to look up, order, invoice, and track parts

What We're Looking For:

- Basic understanding of automotive mechanical systems
- Dealership or automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Solid math, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
