The Security Guard protects customers and staff while responding promptly to security assistance requests. The position requires communication skills, difficult customer relations experience, and crowd control experience. Duties follow local, provincial, and federal laws while communicating safety and security procedures. The schedule may include day, evening, night, holiday, weekday, weekend, and twelve-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Protect casino assets, customers, and staff members
- Respond promptly to security assistance requests
- Maintain positive public relations diplomatically




- Enforce safety and security policies and procedures
- Use surveillance and security equipment as required

Requirements:

- Be at least eighteen years old
- Hold high school graduation or equivalent
- Demonstrate security services and enforcement experience
- Demonstrate customer service, communication, and crowd control experience
- Maintain required Alberta gaming and safety certifications
