As a Production Support team member, you will help maintain smooth workflow across press setup, production runs, and packaging. You will transport materials, assist operators, inspect products, remove scrap, and record production data. The work requires flexibility between press helper and packaging duties while following instructions and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport materials to staging areas and support press setup
- Monitor press runs and remove defective products and scrap
- Pack finished goods into accurately labeled boxes




- Move pallets safely to support production workflow
- Maintain accurate job production documentation

Requirements:

- One year of warehouse or production experience preferred
- Solid attention to detail and product quality commitment
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
- Good eyesight and color recognition for inspections
- Flexibility for overtime and weekends when needed
