Your Prospect: Under limited supervision of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and in keeping with Covenant Health’s Mission and Values the incumbent provides courteous and professional customer service. The position is responsible for: Receipting and coding all monies acquired by the hospital into the financial system. Prepare bank deposits, reconcile and balance the petty cash float. Disbursing petty cash for non-purchase order payment requisitions. Respond to billing and payment inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Responsible for handling all safekeeping envelopes containing patient’s valuables. Please note: Classifications Under Review. Description: The Clerk IV provides complex clerical support. The Clerk IV performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health.
