The Claims Specialist supports daily risk management within Canada’s leading real estate organizations. You will review incidents, administer commercial property and liability claims, and collaborate with Property Managers, Adjusters, solicitors, and Insurers. The work also covers claims analytics, financial reporting, environmental claims, and responsive stakeholder service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and triage daily incident intake reports
- Coordinate investigations and assign accountable workflow actions
- Administer insurance claims across all assets
- Prepare claims, litigation, board,
and renewal reports
- Process payments and track claim settlements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent relevant experience
- Six to nine years of multi-line claims experience
- Commercial property and liability claims experience
- Residential insurance claims experience
- CIP, CRM, or progress toward completion
