As a Digital Interaction Designer, you will work closely with Quest Theatre’s creative team to maximize its database and CRM. The position supports a theatre company creating visually stunning work for young people and families. You will also manage digital content, compile analytics, and prepare reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update Quest Theatre’s WordPress site
- Maximize the organization’s database and CRM
- Provide IT support in a Mac-based workplace
- Compile analytics and prepare reports for management




- Propose digital content and communication strategies

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise initiative and work within a team
- Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, or Theatre Manager
- Post-secondary graduate with at least two years’ education
- Digital information access, application, communication, and storage abilities
