Represent Carter's as a Seasonal Store Sales Associate, guiding families through baby essentials, children’s apparel, promotions, and everyday purchases.

This Seasonal Associate role places you at the front of Carter's customer experience. You will explain product styles, features, and benefits across Carter's, OshKosh B'gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet. You will also support register operations, loyalty conversations, replenishment, shipments, and omnichannel needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Introduce customers to baby essentials and apparel products
- Articulate promotional events and brand loyalty programs
- Assist with omnichannel services for positive shopping experiences
- Execute register transactions efficiently and accurately




- Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Customer engagement and service experience
- Effective professional verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage several tasks at once
- Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays
