Lead front-of-house service at Wanda Wyatt Dining Hall in Charlottetown, coordinating staff and customer-focused dining operations. This is a full time, on-site role.

As Front of House Supervisor, you will oversee daily dining room operations at one of UPEI's busiest dining destinations. You will supervise staff, coordinate service, and respond professionally to customer concerns. The position supports welcoming experiences for students, faculty, staff, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise front-of-house staff during each service shift
- Coordinate dining room service and address customer concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, inviting dining environment
- Train team members and monitor food station presentation
- Coordinate with kitchen teams and support campus events

Requirements:

- Previous leadership or supervisory food service experience
- Hospitality or retail supervisory experience also considered
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate a team effectively
- Food Safety Certification is an asset
