Warehouse shipping and receiving work at Grimco requires accuracy, ERP skills, and safe equipment operation during the 12:00pm-8:30pm shift. Work independently while preparing timely customer orders.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery coordination. The work includes entering data into ERP systems, operating forklifts and order pickers, and maintaining organized warehouse operations. Training covers products, logistics, systems, safety, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare accurate orders for shipment
- Ship and receive orders using appropriate systems
- Enter shipping and receiving data into ERP systems
- Load and unload trucks using equipment and manual methods
- Stock inventory and perform regular cycle counts
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- ERP experience considered an asset
- Forklift and order picker certification considered an asset
- Ability to handle materials weighing 50+ pounds frequently
