Drive overnight retail sales across furniture, technology, and supplies while delivering strong customer service and supporting store standards.

As an Overnight Reno Associate, you will engage customers, use selling tools, and support sales and margin goals with store leaders. Your work includes transactions, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace. You will also uphold operational, brand, Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer service and enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas
- Set and achieve sales and margin goals
- Handle shipping transactions using the Point of Sale system
- Maintain merchandising, signage, stocking, and store standards

Requirements:

- Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain Health & Safety policies
- Ability to uphold Asset Protection and Privacy Policies
