Paladin Security needs a Security Guard for diverse client sites across Powell River. You will help maintain property safety, support local businesses, and serve community members and visitors. The position requires reporting, communication, and independent decision-making during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular foot patrols protecting people, property, and equipment
- Identify and report hazards, breaches, and emergencies
- Contact emergency services when necessary
- Write daily activity, incident, emergency, and liability reports
- Log site activities using phone and computer applications

Requirements:

- Valid British Columbia Security License
- Valid Class 5 or Class 7N British Columbia Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of non-violent crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
