Bethany Collegeside is seeking a Health Care Aide for its Red Deer long-term care department. This part time, temporary position involves responding to physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and emotional needs. You will follow resident care plans and communicate observations to nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care according to resident plans and procedures
- Maintain resident privacy and dignity during assistance
- Monitor and record physical and emotional well-being
- Report care observations to Registered or Licensed Practical Nurses
- Participate in evaluating documented resident care needs

Requirements:

- Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate
- Grade 10 education and CLHA registration
- Previous Health Care Aide experience preferred, not required
- Effective English communication in all required formats
- Physical and mental ability for demanding work
