This full time permanent TSG Specialist Level I position supports internal and external customers and UPS Information Technology infrastructure. You will plan hardware and software, manage networks, troubleshoot technology issues, and provide technical advice and training. The work supports standardized practices, implementations, projects, and technology services across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform external customer technology integrations and installations
- Assist with facility technology management activities
- Fulfill service requests and address customer requests




- Support technical disaster recovery procedures
- Interface with customers, teams, and associates

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and working car
- Technical experience and familiarity with hardware
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction
- Availability for evening, weekend, and site travel
