This Controller/Dispatcher role makes you the central contact for security activities. You will monitor operations, dispatch guards, respond to incidents, and coordinate communication. Robust multitasking, decision-making, and computer skills support effective work across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security operations across assigned sites
- Dispatch guards to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Respond professionally to clients, employees, and public callers
- Coordinate communication with guards, responders, and management
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Valid Alberta Security License
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Availability for twelve-hour rotational shifts
