As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will contribute to a strategic project supporting Reliagear, Electrification, and Smart Power. The assignment combines manufacturing operations, layout optimization, material accessibility, and metric monitoring. You will work with engineering, production, and supply chain colleagues while documenting improved processes and supporting corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in lean-based waste reduction and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Contribute to layout optimization and improved material accessibility
- Conduct basic root cause analysis and support corrective actions




- Monitor material availability, cycle time, and inventory turnover metrics
- Ensure safety and ergonomic standards during project execution

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree or technical diploma
- Interest in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
- Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Collaborative approach with good communication skills
- Possibility to travel
