Support MLSE events with accurate order preparation, team communication, and customer service for fans receiving food and beverages in their seats.

This In-Seat Expediter position works within the Food & Beverage team across MLSE venues and various events. You will prepare food and beverage orders according to standard while communicating efficiently with runners, order takers, supervisors, and bartenders. The position also requires organized work areas, safe food handling, and adherence to health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate order information with service colleagues
- Prepare food and beverages according to established standards
- Deliver quick, extraordinary customer service to fans
- Maintain clean,



organized equipment and work areas
- Perform additional service or administrative functions as needed

Requirements:

- Smart Serve certification is required
- Previous food service experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple tasks under pressure
- Willingness to follow uniform and grooming guidelines
