Maintain building cleanliness as a Light Duty Cleaner, focusing on washroom fixtures, dispensers, waste receptacles, and common areas.

In this Light Duty Cleaner position, you will complete custodial work throughout designated areas of a building. Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning, ashtray cleaning, and washroom fixture care. You will also restock dispensers and check equipment periodically.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean washroom fixtures and common building areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and spot clean surfaces
- Empty and clean ashtrays and waste receptacles
- Restock single unit washroom dispensers
- Perform periodic equipment checks and assigned duties

Requirements:

- Previous cleaning experience considered an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate an I-mop and vacuum
- Reliable, motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to assist
- Physical ability to complete assigned cleaning duties
