Keep the Fit4Less club clean, safe, and welcoming while helping members use automated services and workout-floor amenities.

As a Host, you complete daily cleanliness tasks and minor maintenance duties according to inspection guidelines. You interact with members while working on the workout floor and contribute to the everybody cleans mindset. You also read scheduled communications and training to meet standard expectations consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness tasks
- Maintain secure, clean club areas for everyone
- Interact with members during workout-floor cleaning
- Read communications and training materials regularly
- Inform managers about deficiencies requiring appropriate action

Requirements:

- High school diploma or currently working toward completion
- One year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use time effectively and efficiently
- Dedication to customer expectations and requirements
