This Industrial Painter position supports Tigercat Industries’ machine-part finishing operations for forestry equipment. You will maintain spray booth systems and prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, grinding, and priming. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, from 3:30pm to 2:00am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove grease, dirt, paint, and rust before application
- Sand between coats to improve subsequent paint adhesion
- Pour paint into guns and adjust nozzles
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble power equipment
- Safely move materials using overhead cranes
Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and delays
- Precision and attention to detail in painting applications
- Experience handling hazardous materials and semi-enclosed spaces
- Ability to follow safety protocols and wear prescribed protective equipment
