The Musical Director oversees musical aspects while sharing professional knowledge with emerging volunteer artists. This mentorship position involves collaborating with the Director, Choreographer, cast, musicians, designers, and producers throughout development and production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare by studying scripts, music, and relevant research
- Attend creative meetings to develop the show's overall vision
- Evaluate auditionees' vocal abilities and suggest suitable roles




- Teach music and lead rehearsals for cast and musicians
- Lead warm-ups and provide Assistant Musical Director leadership

Requirements:
