Share the wonder of a West Coast rainforest as a Park Ambassador at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Inspire guests through engaging information and safety communication.

This guest-facing position helps create authentic experiences for visitors from around the world. You will explain relevant facts, present programmed content, deliver Safety Talks, and guide orderly attraction access. The role also promotes Tours, the Rainforest Explorer Program, and seasonal offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide attraction information while engaging visitors
- Present programmed content at assigned stations
- Deliver Safety Talks as trained
- Maintain orderly movement through line-ups
- Promote Tours and Rainforest Explorer activities

Requirements:

- At least one year of Guest Services experience
- Friendly, positive, outgoing, energetic approach
- Robust interpersonal communication skills
- Occupational first aid Level 1 or 2 is an asset
- Ability to work varied shifts and weather conditions
