Use CNC programming, tooling, and GD&T; expertise to produce accurate components on advanced 5-axis milling equipment in Mississauga.
This Senior 5-Axis CNC Machinist role supports ongoing production for a precision component manufacturer. You will program, set up, and operate jobs end-to-end, while loading programs, optimizing processes, and selecting tooling. Fanuc or Haas experience is required, and Mastercam is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate advanced 5-axis milling equipment
- Load, modify, and optimize CNC programs
- Use fixtures, indicators, and appropriate tooling
- Change cutting tools and adjust feeds and speeds
- Read drawings, blueprints, and GD&T;
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years in precision manufacturing CNC machining
- Independent end-to-end job programming and setup capability
- Fanuc and/or Haas controls experience
- Mastercam experience strongly preferred
- Formal CNC training or apprenticeship is an asset
