The Assistant Festival Producer works under the Artistic Director and Festival Producer during the Thousand Faces Festival. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with programming activities and production planning
- Coordinate artists and volunteers during festival activities

Requirements:

- Coursework in arts and cultural management, theatre, or event management
