Provide resident care at Cedarvale Lodge in Keswick as a casual Guest Attendant focused on personal assistance, comfort, and daily support.

This Guest Attendant position supports residents through activities of daily living and individualized plans of care. You will answer calls, assist transportation, and provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support. The role also includes laundry, housekeeping, and courteous service for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow individual care plans during daily living assistance
- Maintain residents' grooming and dress according to requirements
- Assist residents travelling between rooms and required locations
- Support resident comfort, well-being,



and personal care
- Complete laundry and housekeeping assignments

Requirements:

- Compassion and dedication to meaningful senior-focused work
- Detailed-oriented approach with effective communication abilities
- Strong customer service skills with residents and staff
- Secure Serve designation and one year dining room experience
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
