Theatre Network seeks part time Front of House Representatives for the Roxy Theatre. You will process patron transactions, coordinate volunteers, and oversee bar and concession operations. The work requires reliability, initiative, integrity, and care for Edmonton’s arts scene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome audiences and provide elevated customer care
- Sell tickets and concessions through POS software
- Restock and prepare bar, seating, and public areas
- Coordinate box office and concession operations before performances
- Oversee volunteers and communicate with venue groups

Requirements:

- One to two years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with ticketing or point-of-sale systems
- Comfort with sales and cash handling
- Evening and weekend availability
- AGLC ProServe and First Aid certifications
