This full-time, permanent coordinator role manages produce and dry goods entering the facility. Responsibilities include planning transfer orders, requisitioning items, communicating with departments, and addressing shipment discrepancies. Training is provided for successful candidates with related logistics experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and enter daily produce and dry goods transfer orders
- Requisition items from other facilities for packing schedules
- Maintain timely communication with departments and representatives
- Oversee forklift drivers’ daily priorities and inbound sequences
- Assist with health, safety, freight, and tracking documentation
Requirements:
- Related logistics experience considered an asset
- Vegetable or comparable setting experience preferred
- Knowledge of Famous and RedLine Cooler programs advantageous
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Availability for six-day rotating shifts and extended hours
