As an ADC Donor Specialist, you will help prepare donated goods for Goodwill Retail stores. Responsibilities include sorting, grading, receipt processing, loading assistance, and maintaining a clean donor door. You will follow training playbooks, work instructions, safety practices, and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process donated goods efficiently for retail stores
- Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading donations
- Communicate effectively with management when necessary
- Follow training playbooks and work instructions consistently
- Report safety hazards and injuries to management

Requirements:

- Skilled, patient, people first attitude with guests
- Good oral, written, and interpersonal English skills
- Ability to work in heat, cold, and dust
- Ability to bend, reach, grasp, stand, and walk
- Acceptable safety work shoes at employment start
