This Wellness and Nutrition Coach role suits a nutritionist or wellness skilled who enjoys meaningful customer conversations. You will connect individual health goals with vitamins, supplements, and nutrition products. The work combines consultations, education, customer service, store support, and wellness events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect customer goals with relevant wellness solutions
- Explain nutrition concepts for general audiences
- Partner with team members and leadership
- Assist checkout and support friendly transactions
- Participate in workshops, demos, and wellness activations
Requirements:
- Two to three years in wellness, retail, or customer-facing work
- Formal or self-directed nutrition learning accepted
- Basic sales principles and customer service understanding
- Empathy, curiosity, dependability, and adaptability
- Comfort with evenings, weekends, and extended standing
